Cultivate your mindfulness - 7 day challenge

Join us for our 7- day Mindfulness Challenge


Day 1 - Ground and Replenish

  • Start your day with a grounding meditation. Write down 3 things that you are ready to release or change in your life, then do a 5 minute meditation to visualize those things being released from your body and energy space, and into the planet. Allow yourself to feel fully grounded and connected with yourself and the planet, then imagine all the positive energy that this planet has to offer radiating throughout your entire body. Write down what you noticed as you conducted this meditation. What did you release (e.g. fear, anger, anxiety) and what did you attract (e.g. love, peace, healing)?


Day 2 - Be thankful

  • Start your day with a gratitude meditation. Write down 3 things or people that you are thankful for in your life and do a 5 minute meditation focusing on how those things or people have positively impacted your life. Try to maintain this spirit of gratitude throughout the day and remember to journal how you feel as you think about those positive things.

Day 3 - Cultivate Confidence

  • Start your day with a self confidence meditation. Write down 3 things that you feel are holding you back from achieving your goals. Do a 5 minute meditation to think about those 3 things that are holding you back, imagine those things being released from your energy space then focus your attention on the energy that you want to attract into your space to support you with manifesting your goals. Take some time after the meditation to set your intentions on the things that you want to achieve today, this week and for the rest of the year.

Day 4 - Share the love

  • Start your day with a love/heart space meditation. Write down the names of 3 people that you love. Do a 5 minute meditation to open your heart space and allow the energy of love to fill your heart center and send the energy of love to those 3 people. At the end of the meditation send them a note or give them a call to tell them how much you love and appreciate them. As you face any challenges today, allow yourself to return to your heart center to access and make decisions from this space of love.

Day 5 - Be kind

  • Start your day with a kindness meditation. Do a 5 minute breathing meditation to focus your awareness on your breath and your creative energy. As you carry on with your day, find a way to carry out an act of kindness towards another person. Whether it is a kind word, a donation or an act of service, do something that brings someone else joy so we can continue to keep the torch of kindness alive throughout the hearts of humanity.

Day 6 - Affirm Positivity

  • Start your day with an affirmation meditation. Write down your favorite affirmation, then do a 5 minute meditation to focus on this affirmation. Repeat the affirmation out loud 3 times and hold that affirmation in your mind before allowing it to permeate your entire body and energy space. As you continue on your day and week notice how the words of the affirmation change your mood or allow you to manifest the goals that you have set.

Day 7 - Embrace your Divinity

  • Start your day with a divinity meditation. Write down 3 things that make you feel most connected with God, your higher source and/or your divine energy. Do a 5 minute meditation starting with a prayer to say thank you for the blessings that you received this week and feel yourself connecting with your highest and most divine energy. Allow that energy to permeate your being as it flows down through the top of your head, all throughout your body and down to your toes.

    Reflection:

    At the end of the 7 days take a moment to reflect on and document what changes occurred in your emotions, mood and life situations as you carried out this mindfulness challenge. Do you feel more aware of your self, more at peace, did something significant happen in your life? As you continue to be mindful of your energy, who you are and what you’re attracting and reflecting as a human being, you will learn how to become better equipped for any obstacles and challenges that life throws your way. Also remember that we are not meant to journey alone so invite your friends to take this challenge with you and share your experiences with our social media communities or in the comments section below.

How to Conduct your meditations

1) Drink a cup or glass of water

2) Sit or lay comfortably in a quiet space

3) Close your eyes

4) Take 3 deep cleansing breaths to start your meditation

5) Use your creative meditation grounding and replenishing tools to balance your space

5) Meditate on the topics for the day

6) Take 3 deep cleansing breaths to close your meditation
